The London connectivity report - part two: commercial occupiers and landlords 2018

In our second deep dive into the importance of digital connectivity in the built environment, we have partnered with YouGov to survey London’s commercial property landscape.

Our goal is to gain a better understanding of the importance being placed by commercial occupiers and landlords on digital connectivity. To achieve this, we have surveyed 500 office based workers and 131 commercial landlords, across London. With London’s poor position for its digital connectivity, not only in the UK, but within Europe, we wanted to help bridge the gap between occupiers’ expectations and that of landlords when it comes to the provision of appropriate and adequate digital connectivity infrastructure.

The importance of connectivity has moved up the political agenda in the last few years and our research has proven that the issue of digital connectivity is now part of boardroom conversations too.
