Perfect Integration has coordinated the systems in each apartment to provide unprecedented levels of convenience, making it easy to control the blinds and lighting from bed. A Lutron system operates the lighting, with a full range of lighting effects, and overall control is via Total Home Technology from Crestron, where a single panel or hand-held device can adjust the blinds, windows, heating, cooling and home entertainment.
