Marketing and disposal strategy leads to successful sale of London retail warehouse

Our development advisory & agency team was instructed by a global asset investment management firm to assess the development opportunities of a part vacant retail warehouse in Greater London with a view to disposing.

Focusing on residential, student and storage uses that suited its central location, we developed an initial pricing, marketing and disposal strategy, incorporating planning and development appraisals. On the back of this we were able to showcase the site to a wider buyer platform and created a competitive marketing campaign leading to an unconditional sale. Whilst there was significant residential interest, the end result was a timely sale to a commercial storage company, above guide price and with overage clauses included, successfully exceeding our client’s expectations and protecting their interests.
