How we helped

• Regent Quarter currently comprises approximately 80,000 sq ft of new and refurbished offices.
• Block D is the last phase of the development and totals some 200,000 sq ft of offices, 60,000 sq ft of retail and some 180 residential units.
• A speculative development, demolition works commenced in September 2011 with completion due during the second quarter of 2013.

The outcome

Having worked closely with the developer on this project we provided end-to-end advice including the following:

• We undertook full due diligence and liaised with all advisors on behalf of client.
• Successfully negotiated X with incoming tenant.
• We successfully concluded the transaction.
