Gareth leads the National Rating team for Cluttons. He has extensive experience across the UK and has advised clients including; British Coal Opencast, BHS, Arcadia, Gala Bingo, Going Places, Manchester Airport Group, helping them to mitigate their liabilities and make savings.

Gareth has held elected committee positions with the Rating Surveyors’ Association including a period where he was Honorary Secretary and Honorary Mess Secretary. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is a Professional Valuation Board member of the IRRV.
