Tracy Steeden

As an experienced Senior rating surveyor Tracy provides strategic advice to clients to mitigate their business rates liability.

She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has provided workshops to companies on business rates issues.

She undertakes appeals against rating assessments and also reviews historic payments to identify any overpayments and advises on empty rates and identifies opportunities to limit this liability. Tracy also deals with all property sectors together with specialist properties which are valued on a receipts basis in particular leisure properties such as public houses and hotels.
