A holistic service for Celadon residential development
Working for a developer landlord we provided full project management and building consultancy services on a £1.5 million, new build, five flat residential block in Hendon, North London.
Despite operating across both a COVID and Brexit background, the demolition of the existing house, basement excavation and construction work for house, gardens and parking area was handled smoothly and efficiently.
Our services covered every aspect from development appraisal, procurement of the site, design development, contractor tendering and party wall management through to new utility connections and final completion. We are now handling flat rental and management through our residential agency team.
By maximising the rental spaces, including using the eaves for the penthouse, and providing bright and light spaces along with external spaces for residents, meant that the flats were let swiftly and at rents that exceeded our clients’ expectations.
