Cluttons agrees rent reviews of Grade A office building in Maidenhead
Cluttons were instructed to act on behalf of Maersk in respect of their 2020 rent reviews at the Point Building in Maidenhead.
The Point comprises 78,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and is one of Maidenheads most prestigious and iconic office buildings.
Through a thorough understanding of the Maidenhead office market and experience in valuing large Grade A office floors, Cluttons were able to negotiate the landlord down from their initial proposal and agree a nominal rental increase over Maersk occupation of 55,000 sq ft. This reflected a fair market rent, against the rent review terms, the market and building specification.
