Cluttons announces five new Profit Share Partners as business continues ambitious growth strategy

Real asset advisory business Cluttons has promoted five senior colleagues to become Profit Share Partners, reflecting its commitment to recognising talent from within to support its ambitious growth strategy. 

Gráinne Gilmore, Director of Research and Insights, becomes a Profit Share Partner having joined in 2022 to lead Cluttons’ research offer. She has strengthened the firm’s market profile through shaping its analysis, while supporting colleagues with commercial decision making. 

Emily Hollingworth has been promoted after playing a central role in shaping the business’ operational and people strategy. As Operations Director, she also leads the HR function and ensures the business grows in a coordinated, sustainable way that supports its people 

Paula Viner becomes a Profit Share Partner after leading as Cluttons BD and Marketing Director, where she has helped Cluttons grow across its core sectors of infrastructure, residential and commercial. She has strengthened internal business development processes and is helping to embed a culture of collaboration and commercial awareness across the business. 

As IT Director, Paul Davie has been instrumental in overseeing the transformation of Cluttons technology and data infrastructure. His promotion to PSP reflects the strategic approach he has taken to implement complex change initiatives that have significantly accelerated business transformation and adoption to emerging technologies. 

Client Relationship Partner Philip MacCabe has been promoted after supporting the expansion of Cluttons’ digital connectivity capabilities across mobile networks and fibre rollout. He has played a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving growth in this strategically important sector.
