Cluttons has appointed Stewart Cantley as Chair of the Board.
The appointment marks a continued drive for growth at Cluttons who last month announced a dedicated health care and senior living division.
Stewart’s role as chair of the board will see active involvement in bringing all parts of the business together to focus on strategy as well as providing independent counsel to the CEO.
Stewart brings a distinguished track record of senior leadership across multiple sectors, having held Chairman and CEO positions at several businesses, including Taylor Hopkinson and Dycem, where as CEO he oversaw a doubling of both the company’s size and profits.
John Gravett, CEO at Cluttons, said: “At this critical moment of growth, as we launch new divisions and offices around the country, it’s vital we have the most experienced counsel in the sector guiding us every step of the way. Stewart brings exactly that, and I’m confident that with his strategic support we can deliver on our strategic phase of growth.”
Stewart Cantley, Chair of the Board, said “It is a truly exciting time to be joining Cluttons and helping steer the board towards continued success. The business has one of the strongest legacies with the real estate sector and I look forward to playing a role in the years to come.”
