Real asset advisory consultant Cluttons has appointed Wayne Stanley as Head of Residential Management, strengthening its residential management capability during a growth period for the business.
Wayne, who brings 15-years’ experience in the sector, will be overseeing service delivery across managed portfolios for Cluttons great estate and institutional clients and supporting the continued expansion of its residential advisory offer. Wayne’s deep expertise in service charge management, compliance and high‑rise building safety will be invaluable to Cluttons’ clients as the sector goes through significant policy changes.
Prior to joining Cluttons, Wayne was the Head of Residential Management at Howard de Walden Estates, leading in-house service delivery teams and external managing agents across a large Prime Central London residential portfolio.
This appointment follows Cluttons’ continued investment in its residential and advisory teams, and underscores the firm’s commitment to strengthening its national management capability to support clients across mixed use and residential portfolios.
