Cluttons hires new head of portfolio and lettings management

Cluttons has hired Eve Larard-Tansley has head of portfolio and lettings management.

Eve joins from Grosvenor where she was responsible for the Estate’s Mayfair and Belgravia residential lettings portfolio, overseeing the management, and outsourced maintenance and facilities provider.

At Cluttons, Eve takes on the newly created role, leading a nine-strong team which currently looks after property portfolios across London. Her remit is to build and develop the team and expand Cluttons’ portfolio management services beyond London.

Commenting on her appointment, John Gravett, head of real estate management at Cluttons said: “Eve has the expertise, energy and drive to develop our portfolio and lettings management team and ensure our clients receive the highest levels of service. This is an important growth area for our business and a key part of our long-term strategic plan.”
