Cluttons opens a new office in the Algarve, Portugal

Cluttons are delighted to announce the launch of a new office in the Algarve, Portugal.

The new office is located 15 minutes from Faro airport in the Algarve’s Golden Triangle, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Cluttons’ new office is run by a team of extremely experienced agents; Alfredo Firmino, Angelo Gonçalves and Nuno Sariava. Between them they have 38 years experience in the real estate industry in Portugal. This will be the second Cluttons office in Portugal, a sister office to Lisbon which was opened in 2018 by Frederico Mendoça and Diogo Lopes Alves.

Quinta do Lago is renowned as one of the top holiday destinations in Europe, famous for its protected beaches, world class golf, fine dining and home to some of the most spectacular villas in the Algarve. Neighbouring family friendly Vale do Lobo is the largest luxury resort in the Algarve, a gate community with an incredible range of sporting and leisure facilities.

Cluttons can also assist buyers in taking advantage of Portugal’s non-habitual tax residency and Golden Visa program and run regular Golden Visa webinars, to give clients a better understanding of which visa is most appropriate to them and how to obtain them.
