Gerard's focus is on providing a professional architectural technical service by means of computer aided design (CAD). He has over 30 year’s technical experience within the construction industry as a structural, architectural and interiors technician.

Working within the difference sectors of the industry has given him a great insight as to how to take construction drawings forward.

On joining Cluttons he now heads a technical department which assists different parts of the company in producing the technical information. As ongoing development and taking the company forward, Gerard's team are presently implementing Revit and building information modelling (BIM) to form one of our main core services to clients.
