Joe specialises in lease advisory work across industrial, office and retail use classes; as well as being a specialist in digital infrastructure. Joe provides advice in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and other lease events to both landlords and tenants across all commercial property types as well as advising of some of the UK’s largest mobile network operators in respect of the Electronic Communications Code, 2017.
Joe uses current market knowledge and a detailed understanding of both statutory processes and case law to develop and implement a tailored property strategy to deliver operational targets for clients.
