As Chartered Project Manager and Building Surveyor he has extensive practical and strategic experience of project delivery covering the full life cycle of a property asset from due diligence on acquisition, building pathology, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant relations, alterations, refurbishment, new build development through to disposal.
