John Porter

John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuer.

He has almost 25 years’ experience at Cluttons in a wide range of valuation disciplinaries including Red Book valuations for loan security, tax purposes including Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax, portfolio valuations, and complexed valuations under the Leasehold Reform Acts. He has acted on behalf of a number of the Great Estates including The Wellcome Trust and Cadogan Estates, corporates including Grainger PLC, as well as Local Authorities. His experience extends to central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
