Josh Klepper

Joshua specialises in the transactional side of estate management for UK mobile phone operators. Including, but not limited to negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and lease auditing. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2017 with a BSc Hons degree in Real Estate, he joined Cluttons straight after to begin his APC programme.

He has been working on the transactional side of large estate portfolios for some of the UK’s largest mobile phone operators. Joshua's specialisms include negotiating new agreement under the Electronic Communications Code 2017, lease renewals, rent reviews and lease auditing.
