Richard is a Chartered surveyor specialising in the transactional side of estate management for UK mobile phone operators. Including, but not limited to negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders and deed of variations. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a BSc Hons degree in building surveying. He previously worked for Chestertons before joining Cluttons in 2015.

Richard's specialisms include negotiating new agreement under the Electronic Communications Code 2017, new leases, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders, lease audits, assignments and deed of variations across the UK.
