Victoria Martin

Victoria has extensive experience across the main residential surveying disciplines in Central and Greater London. She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS registered valuer.

She has seven years’ experience at Cluttons in a wide range of residential work including Red Book portfolio valuations, valuations under the Leasehold Reform Act, rent reviews and ground rent and asset management. Victoria has acted for and advised London Estates, charities, local authorities and private clients.
