Cluttons hires Ed Moore to lead London office agency

Ed Moore has been appointed as head of commercial agency, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in London’s commercial sector to spearhead Cluttons’ office agency team and enhance its existing capabilities.

Moore, who joins as a partner, started his career with property advisory firm Chapman Bates in 2002 with ensuing successful mergers with Matthews & Goodman and latterly Fisher German. 

Moore’s extensive experience has seen him work with a wide variety of occupiers and landlords across the capital’s office sector, recently advising Rothschild & Co on 65,000 sq ft of overflow space from their HQ.

Moore will lead a close-knit team consisting of longstanding partner Ralph Pearson and senior surveyor Elliot Jackman to expand the Central London agency team. He will play a crucial role in the business’ wider central London advisory service which advises clients across all aspects of real estate.
