Cluttons launches specialist healthcare and senior living division and unveils new partner hire

Cluttons has launched a dedicated Healthcare and Senior Living division, marking a significant expansion of the real asset advisor’s specialist capabilities and reflecting the company’s continued growth ambitions across its three core sectors of infrastructure, commercial and residential property.

Amanda Roddy joins Cluttons as a Partner and founding member of the new team, with the Head of Healthcare and Senior Living set to join shortly. Further team growth is already planned for the second half of 2026. 

The team will provide a full suite of consultancy and transactional services across independent healthcare, primary care and senior living. This includes valuation, agency, lease advisory and development and investment consultancy. The launch reinforces Cluttons’ established strategy of building specialist depth in fast-evolving markets. 

The healthcare and senior living market sits naturally across all three of Cluttons’ core sectors. Healthcare infrastructure, primary care assets and senior living developments each draw directly on the firm’s strengths in infrastructure, commercial and residential property, making this a logical and compelling extension of the business. Amanda joins from Avison Young, where she served as a Director in the healthcare team. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare property, with particular expertise in primary care valuation and investment advisory. At Avison Young, she was lead valuer for major fund portfolios, covering a combined asset base in excess of £2bn.
