Amanda is a partner in our national healthcare team, with a particular focus on primary care valuation and investment advisory. As a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, Amanda brings over 20 years’ of healthcare property expertise, specialising in the valuation of primary care and PFI assets, acquisitions, disposals and lease consultancy.
Having worked on both client and advisory sides of the healthcare market, she has a strong grasp of the market and combines deep sector knowledge with commercial insight. Her clients include institutional and private investors, major high street banks, local authorities, property companies and NHS bodies.
