Cluttons hires head of healthcare and senior living from Avison Young 

Cluttons has appointed Iain Lock to lead its newly established healthcare and senior living division. He joins as a partner and will work alongside Amanda Roddy, who joined Cluttons as a partner in May. 

Iain was previously with Avison Young and is one of the most experienced healthcare and senior living specialists in the UK, with nearly 40 years of sector expertise. During his time there, he held the position of Managing Director of Health for 13 years and built a highly respected national team, growing the business more than fourfold. At Cluttons, he’ll be responsible for leading the team which will provide a full suite of consultancy and transactional services across independent healthcare, primary care and senior living. This includes valuation, agency, lease advisory and development and investment consultancy. 

The launch of the specialist healthcare and senior living team marks a significant expansion of the real asset advisor’s specialist capabilities and reflects the company’s continued growth ambitions across its three core sectors of infrastructure, commercial and residential.
