Iain leads Cluttons’ national healthcare and senior living team.

As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Iain has 45 years of experience in property and has specialised in the healthcare property and business sector for approximately 35 years.

Iain acts in valuation, transaction, rent review and consultancy projects from going concerns to investments and developments. He also acts as an expert witness and has considerable court and mediation experience. Clients include operators, institutional, private equity and private investors, as well as lenders, property companies, developers, local authorities, charities and other not-for-profit organisations.
