Cluttons strengthens Northern presence with senior Manchester valuation appointments

Real asset advisor Cluttons has appointed Tom James as Partner, Head of Valuation for the North West, and Chris Moore as Associate, Valuation, continuing its regional expansion. Both join from Avison Young.

Tom brings extensive experience advising national and international lenders, property companies, developers and institutional funds across both the commercial and residential markets in Manchester and the North West. Chris works across a similarly broad client base, including banks, funds and developers.

Together, they will work alongside Chris Weights, Partner and Sam Davey, Surveyor to lead the continued growth of Cluttons’ valuation offer in Manchester.

The appointments mark the latest step in a sustained period of expansion for Cluttons. Over the past 12 months, the business has broadened both its services and its footprint, including the launch of a new Healthcare and Senior Living division, and the growth of its teams across London, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford, Reading and Glasgow.
