Alex Weatherilt, Cluttons

Alex specialises in lease advisory, providing professional advice to both landlords and tenants in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-structuring negotiations, based in our Manchester office . She has acted on behalf of a wide range of clients focusing on office, industrial and retail/leisure sectors principally in the North West of England. Prior to joining Cluttons, Alex was based within the lease advisory team for four years at Avison Young. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
