Danny Sherman

Danny is a telecommunications estates chartered surveyor specialising in estate management, lease renewal, variation of lease terms and rent review negotiations on behalf of UK mobile phone operators.

He has in excess of nine years’ experience within the property industry, with four years within the telecom sector as an estates surveyor. His role has included negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, wayleaves as well as daily access management and dealing with NTQ sites.
