Ian specialises in defect analysis, condition surveys, maintenance schedules, design, contract administration and project management for educational sector clients.

His team provide exemplary service lines to meet specific client requirements. With over 25 years’ experience in the UK building and construction industry, his key skills include defect analysis, condition surveys, design, tendering, contract administration, principal designer under CDM, cost management and project management for educational sector clients.

He also carries out pre-acquisition building surveys and flood risk assessments.
