Simon is a highly experienced residential valuer who specialises in Prime Central London.

He is an expert in leasehold reform claims and advice and has extensive experience acting as an expert witness in Tribunals and the Courts.

He is a fellow of the RICS and after Cambridge University has followed a professional career in residential property, primarily in West London. Simon has acted for and advised many of the London Great Estates, as well as property companies, local authorities and private clients.
