Connaught Village and Marylebone Village are highly desirable areas to reside in, each with its own unique appeal. Connaught Village is in Zone 2, close to Hyde Park and surrounded by charming boutique shops and quieter streets. It presents as slightly better value in terms of pounds per square foot.
