Cluttons launches first Scotland division with new infrastructure partner

Real assets advisor Cluttons has established a presence in Scotland.
The team, based in Glasgow, will be led by Rachael Hogg and will focus on infrastructure a key growth area for Cluttons who has made a string of strategic hires in the sector within the past 12 months.
Alongside Rachael will be Naomi McAdam Urquhart who joins the Glasgow team as a senior surveyor and Kirsty Russell who joins as estates surveyor. Cluttons’ expansion into Scotland builds on its growth into northern England, with office openings in Manchester and more recently Newcastle, strengthened with a series of strategic hires in 2024. Sami Ali will also be joining the infrastructure team based in Newcastle.
Rachael has spent over a decade at leading telecoms companies in the UK, most recently at Waldon Telecoms. Hogg is a specialist in estate management and has a breadth of knowledge providing advice to operators and infrastructure providers. Hogg will initially be tasked with developing a team in the region before a physical office is launched in early 2025.
