Cluttons has made 12 senior promotions to partner or associate as part of our commitment to developing talent across the business from graduate level up.
We also promoted four further people to senior surveyor level.
These promotions come on top of the cohort promoted in March and all candidates were put through a formal process that focussed equally on achievements, behaviour and future potential.
Danny Sherman, property management; Lisa Glancy, marketing; Miriam Ortega; project and building consultancy and Nick James, also in project and building consultancy were made partners.
Those promoted to associate were Alexandra Roper in operations; Amy Daniels and Rebecca Hayes in residential agency; Jamie Merrell, Lucy Longhurst and Oliver Billson in property management; Sally Allsop in professional services and Silas Willoughby in planning.
In addition, Ellis Peters and Camelia Stefanov were promoted to senior property managers; Kunal Vekaria was promoted to senior surveyor in project and building consultancy and Josh Kitchingham was promoted to surveyor in property management.
James Gray, managing partner said: “We regard the progression of our employees across our business as a critical success factor and our promotions are awarded in recognition of not only past achievements, but also of an individual’s potential in helping to grow the business for our future. I am also delighted that 75% of those promoted are from underrepresented groups which demonstrates that our pipeline of leadership is becoming increasingly diverse.”
In the last 12 months, we have been on a strategic growth drive alongside our commitment to developing existing talent which also saw us make our first non-fee earning equity partner. New hires include partners in strategic asset management, project and building consultancy, property management and residential consultancy. We have also opened a regional office in Manchester.
