Partner – Head of London lettings

Chris Morris, Cluttons

Chris Morris is Cluttons’ Head of London Lettings, bringing over two decades of experience and a deep understanding of the Capital’s rental market. Having opened and overseen the growth of Cluttons’ Islington office from a cold start in 2010, Chris later managed the lettings team at the company’s flagship Tower Bridge branch. Under his leadership, the Islington lettings department grew to become one of the largest management portfolios within Cluttons’ London offices. Since being appointed to lead Cluttons’ London lettings strategy, Chris has been guiding clients through a period of significant change, including the incoming Renters’ Rights Act.

Chris is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships, partnering with many clients for over a decade and counting. His client-centric approach, combined with proactive advice on property improvements and market positioning, ensures landlords are well-prepared for regulatory shifts.

For Chris, high-quality service and expert guidance are invaluable in a changing market. At Cluttons, he and his team are not just reacting to legislation - they’re helping clients stay ahead of it.
