Simon Harding

Simon specialises in loan security valuation work, acting for a wide range of clients including corporate lenders, off-shore trusts and private individuals. He has extensive knowledge of the prime central London residential market, ranging from single flat and house valuations for owner occupation or investment, through to large scale residential led schemes for development funding.

He is a member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer.
