Cluttons agrees rent reviews of period offices located in Lincoln’s Inn Fields
Cluttons were instructed to act on behalf of a long-standing private client in respect of rent reviews across a pair of Grade II listed period office properties, measuring 5,000 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft respectively, located in the prestigious public square of Lincoln’s Inn Fields.
Through a thorough understanding of the Midtown office market and experience in valuing period buildings, Cluttons were able to negotiate and agree rental increases across both properties, reflecting a fair Market Rent whilst also maintaining the good relationship between our client and the long-standing tenant.
Our role included:
- A full inspection of the properties alongside a comprehensive review of the local market and transactional evidence.
- Providing recommendations in respect of rental value and strategic approach.
- Negotiating on behalf of the client through to completion, securing rental increases across both properties.
