Cluttons are delighted to have once again been named on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework for a further four years.
The framework is available for central government departments, local authorities, NHS, police, fire and rescue, education and other public sector organisations, and we are delighted to not only have been re-appointed, but to have strengthened our place on the framework.
Cluttons re-appointment to the framework reflects our continued support to advising the public sector. We have been named on six Lots, providing a full service offering across the property lifecycle to our public sector clients.
The Lots that we are appointed to include:
Lot 1 – Total Estate Management
Lot 2 – Estate (Property) Management
Lot 3 – Agency & Lease Management
Lot 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice
Lot 5 – Valuation & Compulsory Purchase Order
Lot 6 – Business Rates.
This success follows Cluttons growing relationships with central and local government clients, and will act as a catalyst to further strengthen the company’s platform of public sector services across the property lifecycle.
Mark Sambridge, joint head of commercial said:
“Expanding our position on the framework is testament to our extensive public sector expertise across the business.
