Cluttons has a longstanding relationship with Cornerstone, having delivered Estates Management Services directly since 2012. Cornerstone operates circa 15,700 telecommunications sites nationwide.
How we helped
Cluttons provides the full outsourced range of estate management services. Specifically for land consenting rights we manage 14,000 access cases per year. The key requirement for the client is to access land via 1st party or 3rd party relationships and we manage the outreach and subsequent negotiations to facilitate access.
The outcome
The team managed access to over 14,000 points of presence on both 1st part and 3rd party land in a calendar year. The clear purpose is for swift access for our client to conduct works to mitigate network service impacting factors and ensure the public retains access to the quality of network coverage expected from the leading mobile operators.
