Darren Zitren, head of infrastructure, Cluttons

Darren is head of infrastructure at Cluttons and leads our infrastructure division. He is an experienced surveyor acting across the digital infrastructure sector for more than 17 years.

Experienced in the Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act and the Electronic Communications Code 2017, predominantly advising mobile operators and fibre providers on estate management matters and supporting with their rollout programmes.

He provides advice on all aspects of acquisition and estate management, including wayleaves, lease renewals, rent reviews, data management, transformation, and wider property management issues.
