Project overview

Cluttons were instructed as project and cost manager for Tesco Mobile to oversee a CAT B, 13,000 sq ft office refurbishment.

How we helped

We made an accelerated start on site and managed the contractor open book procurement.

A series of defects were identified pre-start on site to the landlord plant. These were clearly documented and issued to the landlord for remedial action to be taken. We supported the CAT B works proceeding with the landlord working to resolve the defects which led to a positive resolution, without delay to the client occupation or final product.

Outcome

The creation of a new office space that exceeded end user requirements, it was completed on tine and under budget despite client changes and additional scope.
