Cluttons’s Wapping office picked up the Let of the Year 2024: East London Award at the LonRes Awards hosted in London this week.
The LonRes Awards 2024 recognises some of the best in the industry, celebrating sales and lettings successes.
The annual Awards were held in Belgrave Square on Tuesday 18 June. The Awards showcased those who had achieved the top sales and lettings recorded on LonRes over the course of the last 12 months (between June 2023 and May 2024), covering both London and the country.
Laura Banks, head of Cluttons Wapping, accepted the award on behalf Cluttons’ team in Wapping. Laura said: “Despite the current economic climate Wapping is still a highly sought after location and we are experiencing strong tenant demand particularly even more so as we enter the busy summer market.”
