Cluttons bolsters Chelsea team with strategic hires

Cluttons has strengthened its prime London residential presence with two key appointments at its Chelsea & Knightsbridge office on Sloane Avenue, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to strategic growth across the capital.

Lucy Plant (née Potter) joins as Office Head, bringing extensive experience from her previous role managing Berkshire Hathaway’s Hyde Park office. With an additional seven years at Knight Frank handling sales across Hyde Park and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Plant’s proven track record in client management and business development makes her ideally suited to lead the Chelsea office.

Charlotte Elkington has been appointed Lettings Manager, drawing on eight years’ experience at Savills in the Kensington and Chelsea lettings markets. Her depth of experience positions her to provide strategic advice to Cluttons’ growing private client base.

Both appointees are established members of the local community, residing in close proximity to the office they now lead.

The strengthened Chelsea team works in close collaboration with Cluttons’ wider service lines, including Residential Investment, Residential Consultancy and the firm’s Prime Residential Sales and Lettings teams across London.
