I recently bought a property in SW4 through Lucy Plant at Cluttons and she was exceptional from start to finish. Lucy is super flexible, highly communicative, and genuinely goes above and beyond.

Without doubt, she is the most thorough and attentive agent I’ve encountered and I feel very lucky to have had her as my agent, especially being a first-time buyer. An example of her attention to detail and professionalism was demonstrated the day I met her at the first viewing; knowing that I planned to do works on the property if I were to buy it, she (without prompt) printed out copies of every archived listing of properties that had been sold on my road in the last 10 years that had had work done, for me to take home.

Estate agents get a bad rep, but Lucy completely contradicts the stereotype. Not once did anything she say feel like a persuasion tactic - she was honest, balanced, and had both parties' interests fairly at the forefront of her mind throughout the process. I wish I had taken her up on a couple of her recommendations, particularly her offer to introduce me to a solicitor.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - when it came to things that were in her control - and would recommend Lucy without hesitation to any buyer or seller. You will be in safe hands!
